This service is strictly for emergency and safety purposes (parking, family, medical). Any misuse, spamming, or harassment will result in immediate account termination.
HomeAlert acts as a communication bridge. We are not responsible for the nature of the emergency, the outcome of the alert, or the actions of third parties.
QR codes remain active based on the plan selected (1 Year, 3 Years, or Lifetime). Renewals must be done before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of changes.
